Once you visit the shelter and fill out an application, an adoption counselor will help you to select a dog that will fit into your home and lifestyle. C.A.R.E. uses a system developed by the ASPCA called the Meet Your Match™ Canine-ality Adoption Program to help match up people and dogs. You will then meet one-on-one with potential adoptees in a visiting room.
