$150 for adult dogs, $200 for puppies. $75 of this fee will be refunded if you provide proof that you have enrolled your new dog or puppy in a training class within 4 months. All dogs adopted from PAWS are spayed or neutered, microchipped, tested for heartworm, and vaccinated.

Download a Dog Adoption Form from the PAWS site. Check out the dogs available for adoption. If you see one you like, check their calendar page to see if she will be at an upcoming adoption event. Or you can arrange to meet a dog at the office. Fax your application to 773-521-1142 or email it to cwitte@pawschicago.org and PAWS will call you to arrange an appointment.
