This DFA, adjacent to the barbed-wire-topped concrete wall of the Graceland Cemetery and in the shadow of nearby El tracks, is humble but well-loved and nicely maintained by the Challenger Park Dog Area Council. There's a water fountain for dogs, a bench, and a clean concrete surface with good drainage. Two newly planted trees will eventually provide summertime shade.

The bad news is that this DFA is jammed up against the tennis courts, and has an awkward L shape. The good news is that there is a steady supply of free tennis balls coming over the fence!
